To start off the New Year, I have chosen the word “Motivation” to represent what change I want in the New Year. I picked this word because when I am lacking motivation, I do not get anything done. A day where nothing productive is being done, is a day wasted. I have painted this rock with colors that I like to remind myself that finding motivation can be fun when you’re doing it right. This one word will cause me to think about the most important things in my life and what I can do to make them better. This word will make me feel guilty if I take a day off from working out, doing my homework, or pushing myself to my limits. There will always be a few days that I will take off for rest and holidays, but not a day will go by when I don’t think about this word. In 2016, I did not think of motivation as a very powerful word, but now I see that everyday is an opportunity to improve yourself andwell being, this word has brought light into my eyes and made me see the world a little differently. Stay motivated and be positive, things could always be worse.
